[Bug 234692] www/falkon: Make KDE5 integration optional

--- Comment #13 from Ken Moore  ---
It looks like you missed a line in the update:
The "wallet" item needs to be removed from line 15:
`USE_KDE=ecm_build i18n wallet`
needs to become
`USE_KDE=ecm_build i18n`
since the "wallet" items get added via the option now. Otherwise the KWALLET
option will not matter and all the KDE wallet dependencies are still going to
get included as runtime dependencies anyway even if Falkon will not use them
because the linking with cmake was disabled.

I've just realized that even with SDDM patched to apply resource limits, there
is no default limit for "openfiles".

Would it be possible to modify libinotify to limit itself to eg half of

A commit references this bug:

Author: tobik
Date: Wed Feb 20 21:24:33 UTC 2019
New revision: 493464
URL: https://svnweb.freebsd.org/changeset/ports/493464

Log:
  Mk/Uses/qt.mk: Complain about components with an unknown suffix

  Normally, USE_QT complains about unknown components with

===> $PKGNAME cannot be installed: unknown USE_QT component
'foobar'.

  However this fails if the component has a suffix starting with `_`.
  For example

USE_QT= buildtools_build,core

  or even a simple

USE_QT= buildtools_buld

  is silently accepted, but they do not do anything. Only components
  with _build and _run suffixes should be accepted.

  Amend the regular expression we use for this to be stricter. It
  is currently over eager. Since we only have two cases to cover
  here we can spell them out explictly instead.

That issue has been reported recently on the mailing list, and it happens if
flite ist installed and speech picks it up as a backend, requiring a further
dependency itself.

I'll commit a fix this weekend.
