SVN commit 6916 by xzhayon:

- A new script to detect CONFLICTS checking for common files in plists.

It doesn't check for PLIST_FILES. Run kdeconflicts -h and your training
is complete. :)

[kde-freebsd] [ports-am...@pointyhat-west.isc.freebsd.org: py26-qt4-demo-4.8.1, 1 failed on amd64 7.4-release]

2011-01-14 Thread Erwin Lansing

Dear port maintainer,

This port is currently unfetchable from any non-FreeBSD master sites.
This may be because the distfile has moved to another location,
because a newer version of the software has been released, or because
the project has been abandoned by the original author. Can you please
investigate and try to fix this (e.g. add additional master sites to
provide redundancy against single-site failure, or submit an update to
the newer version, etc.)?

Thanks,
-erwin

[kde-freebsd] koffice-calligra

2011-01-14 Thread ajtiM
"In 2011, Krita will no longer be based on KOffice, but instead on the
Calligra Suite"

I red above on the krita.org site. It happned the same as with OO -
LibreOffice...

Which "suite" we will have in FreeBSD ports, please?
And one more question: Is it possible to install just Krita?

Thank you.

this is just a rebranding, as koffice will change its name in
calligra. then, starting with version 2.4.0, our editors/koffice-kde4
will become editors(?)/calligra

this is not in our current todo list, but noone knows!

[kde-freebsd] Problem with fullscreen video in KDE 4.5.5

2011-01-14 Thread Dwayne MacKinnon
Hi all,

Since upgrading to KDE 4.5.5 (I'm on 8.1-RELEASE with fully up-to-date ports)
none of my video players can go fullscreen. I've tried mplayer, vlc and
dragonplayer.

If I use TWM, I can go fullscreen. Has anyone else seen similar behavior?

If I turn off compsiting (I use nvidia-driver) it gets weird. When I select
fullscreen, nothing happens, until I try to move the still-small window. Then
the window becomes the whole screen (but still has a window border.)

Cheers,
DMK
