.md.html is a file extension for Markdeep
(https://casual-effects.com/markdeep/), a Javascript-based way of displaying
Markdown files in web browsers. Unfortunately, Kate doesn't realize that these
files are both Markdown *and* HTML; it only highlights the HTML tags.

Settings > Configure Konversation > Interface > Tabs currently has options to
view tabs on the top, bottom, and left of the window, but there's no option to
have them on the RIGHT side. I just prefer to have tabs on the right, so not
having this option makes me sad.

I tried editing the konversationrc file in my .config to place them on the
right (by setting the Top flag and then replacing "Top" with "Right") but this
did nothing, and Konversation reset itself to the default Left view when I
restarted the program.
