video of bug using notification applet as example

SUMMARY
In the system tray widget you add to a panel, the menu for an applet in the
widget becomes no longer accessible if you first toggle it to "Always shown"
then afterwards toggle it to "Always hidden"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system tray menu, go to "Entries" tab
2. Select an applet as "Always shown" => confirm applet menu opens properly
3. Repeat step 1
4. Select applet from step 2 as "Always hidden"

OBSERVED RESULT
Applet's menu is no longer accessible

EXPECTED RESULT
Applet's menu is always accessible, whether "Always shown" or "Always hidden".
Toggling between the two should not affect the menu for appearing.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Archlinux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0
Qt Version: 6.6.2
Graphics platform: Wayland

Yao, I'm curious: is it possible to enable the Wayland driver with Proton in
Steam?

+1 for me! Exactly same issue here (related bug):
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=452188#c10
Recorded a video to showcase it. Happens in Fullscreen/Borderless/Windowed
mode.
Mouse jumping causes a spin-out to the looking at the floor. Super annoying &
NOT THE MOUSE.
It's KWIN/wayland related.
