Actual: Dialog asks "Password for root:", shows Authentication failure when the admin user password is entered. This won't work on Ubuntu because the root user is locked by default. In Neon 5.8 LTS User Edition (5.8.7) after login, the window decorations were missing from any program that I opened from the Application Launcher.
