I have a similar issue. After the screen wakes up from sleep sometimes the
desktop icons are shuffled and I get this error message in the logs
kwin_x11[2350]: kwin_core: Parse error in tiles configuration for monitor
"5b7a5ba4-43cc-5910-8e98-f358f9d54b43" : "illegal value" Creating default setup

All the icons are still there but they have been moved in a seemingly random
order. This happen after the monitor went to sleep and wakes up, not the PC. I
only have one monitor plugged in Display Port.

OS: Fedora Linux 37 (KDE Plasma) x86_64
Kernel: 6.3.12-100.fc37.x86_64
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.105.0
Qt Version: 5.15.9
X11
