STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the following PDF file:
https://brightlight.today/fileserver/downloads/20c9eb1297105d3217083707b3bd517f
2. Print to PDF choosing "Fit to printable area" or "Fit to Page"
3. Open the resulting PDF

OBSERVED RESULT

Large margins are present on the resulting PDF.

EXPECTED RESULT

Minimal margins are present on the resulting PDF.

The related merge request doesn't seem so great. Is it possible to scale the
print without rasterising? Rasterisation is a tangential goal to scaling a
print.
