Bug ID: 483540
Summary: Opening Task Switcher and Closing with few Xwayland
freezes the shell
Classification: Plasma
   Product: kwin
   Version: 6.0.2
  Platform: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: tabbox
  Assignee: kwin-bugs-n...@kde.org
  Reporter: colinjinw...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
***
Every time when Task switcher (Compact) is opened while having some Xwayland or
WINE applications, the entire shell freezes for random amount of time, whether
if it is opening or closing. The issue persists even after those applications,
until I restart SDDM or plasmashell. Once there was an entire freeze on the
plasmashell, had to kill user through SSH
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have several Xwayland and WINE applications opened
2. Optional: Let the device sleep
3. Open task switcher, let it close, observe the freeze

OBSERVED RESULT
Shell gets frozen for random amount of time

EXPECTED RESULT
It should be opening and closing right away

   Summary: Pointer Speed customization
Classification: Applications
   Product: systemsettings
   Version: 5.26.4
  Platform: Archlinux
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED

Note pointer speed.

SUMMARY
I would like to know if you could make an adjustment for the pointer speed in
mouse option to be fully adjustable instead of level lock? To clarify, instead
of 11 steps, I was wondering if you could adjust it in full scroll bar. As a
high DPI mouse user, this would really come handy.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open systemsettings
2. Input Devices > Mouse > Pointer Speed
3. Note the Pointer speed option is locked to 11 steps

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.0.10-272-tkg-bore
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.100.0
Qt Version: 5.15.7

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
GNOME desktop environment already has this option to be fully adjustable.
