The Meta+P keyboard shortcut does not work correctly on clean OS


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login into user
2. Press key combination Meta+P
3. Select the desired monitor layout mode

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happened.

The following message log appears in the "journalctl -e":
