[krita] [Bug 463543] New: Long press interpreted as right click with external usb mouse
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=463543 Bug ID: 463543 Summary: Long press interpreted as right click with external usb mouse Classification: Applications Product: krita Version: 5.1.4 Platform: Android OS: ChromeOS Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Usability Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: japel...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY I have problem dragging slider, etc when my external usb mouse's long left click is interpreted as long press (which translates to right click). There should be different interpretation when using external usb mouse with 3-buttons and a slider and when using for example the pen on touchscreen where there is no other way to create right click except long press... In my case I would be happy to just disable the left click interpretation as long press inside Krita. I use mouse to access menus, sliders, etc and the pen just for drawing. *** NOTE: If you are reporting a crash, please try to attach a backtrace with debug symbols. See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. [krita] [Bug 463430] External mouse's cursor disappeared after using pen.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=463430 --- Comment #4 from Sammeli --- Hi, I just tested the issue now on 5.1.5 Krita and only once out of 7-8 drawings (i drew letters on the painting area) with pen the cursor disappeared. The cursor disappeared when I drew near the top of the Krita paint area. But it is not a big issue as the cursor re-appears after clicking with the external mouse's button (I click with left mouse button).
