[plasmashell] [Bug 441574] Scrolling in the system tray entries section with a touchpad is stuttery
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=441574 --- Comment #3 from Oliver Williamson --- (In reply to Nate Graham from comment #1) > I cannot reproduce any stuttering when I scroll on the expanded items view, > but it's true that it bounces when it hits the top or bottom. Is that the > issue? Not anything I've noticed. It's more when actively scrolling through entries. It's as if it drops frames. I think it's down to smooth scrolling on a touchpad, as there's no issue when using a mouse with line by line, non smooth scrolling. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Also what kind > of graphics hardware do you have? >From the QtQuick applications I've tested, including Dolphin and System Monitor, it seems to be only the sliding animation that's stuttery, which the system tray uses when the user switches entries (from WiFi to Bluetooth for example); as well as Discover (when clicking on categories).
