[krita] [Bug 412560] Empty tiles take memory
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=412560 --- Comment #14 from Julia --- Hello, I apologise that it took me so long to come back to this thread. One thing which I didn't mention before was that every now and then, while i was using a lenovo active pen, it would draw a continous straight line from where the pen was and to outside of the image. This was when I noticed that the size of the image was dramatically increasing, and I had to undo the last brush stroke as well as trim the image every time it happened (as you previously suggested). Do you think this could be an issue with the intraction between the device and the pen as opposed to a problem with the software? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[krita] [Bug 412560] New: Not responding, then crashes no matter what the action is
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=412560 Bug ID: 412560 Summary: Not responding, then crashes no matter what the action is Product: krita Version: 4.2.7 Platform: MS Windows OS: MS Windows Status: REPORTED Severity: crash Priority: NOR Component: Usability Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: juliab5...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY Worked with no problems before, now takes a long time to respond even to opening a new file, then crashes. Once I managed to open a file it then had a very delayed response time to any brush strokes etc. even after being assigned 7GB of RAM. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Krita 2. Click open file 3. If file manages to open before the software crashes, literally try to do anything else. OBSERVED RESULT At First, Krista will say "not responding", then crashes completely. EXPECTED RESULT Expected to work with no issues and not crash. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=430636 Julia Martin changed: What|Removed |Added CC||jmartin.b...@gmail.com --- Comment #3 from Julia Martin --- Like Nate Graham said this doesn't seem to be a KCM bug. KCM only has a session setting concerning auto-login. I suggest changing this bug to RESOLVED/UPSTREAM (could possibly be a downstream issue, but afaik Arch ships everything vanilla) Also I can't reproduce this - the login screen always remembers the Plasma X-session for me Operating System: Fedora 33 KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.78.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 Kernel Version: 5.10.8-200.fc33.x86_64 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

I went on the krita faq but it only shows how to do it on Linux, and I have windows 10. Idk how to do any of these things, please help! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
