The actual monitor res is 3840x2160, but it got locked somewhere at 800x600 without streching to fullscreen, leaving most of the screen blank, though the cursor does move outside of it and changes shape, probably because of the sddm. nvidia-settings won't launch and display settings in kde settings menu is blank.
