SUMMARY

Whenever i launch KDE under Wayland, i get a huge gap between the panel and the
global menu. This does not appear to happen under X11. 

OBSERVED RESULT

The menus have a gap between the panel under Wayland.

EXPECTED RESULT

The menus should be at least really close to the panel (If not together).

SOFTWARE/OS VERSION:
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux (Linux 5.16.11-arch, Wayland Session)
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.91.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

The global menu not appearing in the beginning.

SUMMARY
 Every time i launch GIMP or other GTK apps, the global menu does not recognize
them, although everything else does. The issue can only be fixed if you launch
another application and then refocus on GIMP (Or other GTK apps).


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Launch a new window
2.  Focus on gimp again
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
 The global menu does not detect the window at all.

EXPECTED RESULT
The global menu would show all the menu buttons.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux (Rolling Release), KDE 5
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.89.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The global menu works fine after refocusing. The issue isn't that there isn't
support, but the bug i mentioned.
