Hitting Alt+Tab only goes to next application. Holding the Alt down and hitting tab again does nothing; it doesn't cycle through. I have to use my arrow keys to select other apps while holding the Alt key down. Alt+Shift+Tab will go the previous application (sometimes). The same for Alt+` and Alt+~.
