[krita] [Bug 501430] New: Asterisk next to filename in main window may appear even though file has been saved (and vice versa)
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=501430 Bug ID: 501430 Summary: Asterisk next to filename in main window may appear even though file has been saved (and vice versa) Classification: Applications Product: krita Version: 5.2.9 Platform: macOS (DMG) OS: macOS Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: General Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: foggybe...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 179357 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=179357&action=edit Shows that the asterisk is present in the main title bar but not in the window title bar. SUMMARY The asterisk next to the filename on Krita's title bar does not update properly, so it may appear even when the file has been saved or be absent when the file has not been saved. The asterisk displays properly on the window's title bar. This is reproducible 100% of the time. Thanks!! STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Use the Subwindows document mode. 2. To see it best have two documents open and tiled. 3. Make a change to the document and save it 4. You'll see that the asterisk is still present in the main title bar The problem is worse when only one image is open. In that case the only display is in the main title bar and it may be wrong.
