Bug is systematic. I have a MKV Video, and when i try to make a render, my memory increase from 5Go used to 8Go used (max RAM on my PC). The system swap and crash. There are a memory leak. The same project make with the 18.04.2 version of KDENLIVE on this same system, but with the appimage from kdenlive project have no memory leak. I think the problem is very difficult to solve. And i don't know how can i help you. My laptop is an Asus N76VZ, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz I attach a link to a video to show you my problem ! For huge files, it's really complicated, because we can't have a preview of the video. I didn't have this problem if I play the video with Caja (which use gvfs). Can you fix it ?
