I don#t think you should. ermapper stuff is not free. Though I use the
raster plug-in (don't rememebr having any ermapper jars...), I think
this dependence in ermapper makes the plug-in a non-candidate.

[JPP-Devel] Installer Script and Ant Build File

2006-07-17 Thread Sunburned Surveyor
This message will probably be answered by Steve Tanner and Jon Aquino,
but others might be able to help out.

Could I get copies of the Ant Build file and NSIS Script we are
currently using for OpenJUMP.

I know I need to get a handle on these two aspects of our project.
Perhaps I can relieve some of the burden for Jon and Steve.

[JPP-Devel] Moving the JPP CVS to Subversion

2006-07-17 Thread Sunburned Surveyor
Would any of the developers currently working with the OpenJUMP CVS
have a problem with moving the repository over to Subversion?

I'd like to give this a try if it won't cause problems for others. If
it will, I can wait until we are more "Subversion-Ready".

Let me know what you guys think.

[JPP-Devel] OpenJUMP Wiki

2006-07-17 Thread Sunburned Surveyor
We've got a nice little wiki going for OpenJUMP. I currently have a
couple wikis at the following free wiki host:

I thought we might move the OpenJUMP wiki to this host. This host has
the following advantages:

[1] No size limit to the wiki.
[2] Easy wiki back-up.
[3] Password protected to prevent spamming.
[4] Easily upgraded to a paid account for more features.

If we make this move it would give Jon a break from his wiki admin
duties and we wouldn't have to worry about the occasional wiki outages
we have been having.

Let me know what you guys think.

Re: [JPP-Devel] OpenJUMP Wiki

2006-07-17 Thread Jonathan Aquino
Hmm--the url of the wiki host seems to have been removed from the message
for some reason.

Anyway, I don't mind continuing to host it, but yeah if you'd like you can
grab it. I can export the wiki to Textile format which is a common wiki
format that you can probably import. I can also point the openjump.org
domain wherever you'd like.

Re: [JPP-Devel] Installer Script and Ant Build File

2006-07-17 Thread Jonathan Aquino
Yup sure thing--the main Ant build.xml file is in CVS; I've also got a
secondary one that calls the main one and runs various programs on my
computer and zips and ftp's it up. But the main build.xml file--that's the
key one that builds the program files.
