SVN tag passed but fail to commit

I see SVN tag has liked the External links , But failed to commit the source
in the svn repository.

Below the Error in Jenkins build server!...

Subversion copy failed. svn: File not found: revision 18807, path
'/TestStandard102/trunk/TestStandard102/trunk'
svn: '/svn//!svn/bc/18807/TestStandard102/trunk' path not found: 404 Not
Found (https://www.trac..com)
Build step 'Perform Subversion tagging on successful build' marked build as
failure
