problem is fixed ! upgrade libxml from 2.6.26 to 2.7.8 fixed this issue.

If i send messages from imp to imp in html mode, there a no special
chars like "ü,ä,ß". I can see somthing like "Schöne Grüße".

If i send a e-mail in html-Mode FROM imp5 to thunderbird or outlook,
there a no problems, all specials chars are present.
Longtermstudies from google given me no answer.
