Build System?

Hi all,
 Is there a build system for guile?
 for instance, maven is the build system for java

A question about SCM_DEFINE & guile-snarf

The Guile manual says:

Why is using this discouraged?  libguile itself does!

And it's very convenient when raising errors in the function, or marking
the function for export using scm_c_export()...
