[GNC] getting stock/ticker prices

2022-11-10 Thread James Baxter via gnucash-user
AS I read some of items that was left about stock/tickers. So if the system is
not working, I know I can go to Google fincances and get what I need. So can
Gnucash be set to work with Google or Yahoo.

[GNC] Finance::Quote and TMX.pm

2022-11-10 Thread gnu Gord
Hi All,
I've been playing with the Perl module for the Toronto Stock Exchange
(TMX.pm) and think I may have it working again.
I'd like to try it in GnuCash but the option to select it as a source in
the securities editor is grayed out. Does anyone know how to re-enable that
option?

Thanks,
Gord

Yes, I plan to do that. I'm just trying to get my head around the whole
GitHub thing.
I'm also doing a bit more testing to make sure I didn't miss anything in
the module.

Thanks again for your help.
