gedit-plugins: 5 new strings
Hello, I added five new strings into gedit-plugin last days. I notify you so you're aware of that but strictly speaking this module is not subject to the freeze. But since we'd like to throw the 2.18 version in the next days I notify you, just in case ;-) Regards, Steve ___ gnome-i18n mailing list gnome-i18n@gnome.org http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gnome-i18n

I created a branch for Gnome 2.18 from before the merge has been done so it should be ok now. ___ gnome-i18n mailing list gnome-i18n@gnome.org http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gnome-i18n
gtksourceview branched for 2.18
Hello, I've branched gtksourceview for Gnome 2.18 (the branch gnome-2-18). New development will happen in trunk. Those developments include the merge of the SoC 2006 work and will lead to gtksourceview 2.0, featuring (among others) a new syntax highlighting engine and a themeing support. This will lead to API/ABI incompatibilities. gtksourceview 1 now lives on its own branch: gtksourceview-1-8. Use this one if you want to compile existing apps like gedit and others. ___ gnome-i18n mailing list gnome-i18n@gnome.org http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gnome-i18n

You'd have to modify intltool-extract.in and intltool-merge.in I think. Maybe also see bug 389565. Turtle can be parsed by raptor (it apparently has perl bindings) but it is yet another dependency and is probably avoidable if you just want to extract translatable strings. ___ gnome-i18n mailing list gnome-i18n@gnome.org http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gnome-i18n
