i18n approval 1 of 2 as it sound reasonable to me. The string would only
be visible in gconf-editor which seems to me like a better choice than
to have this broken installation.

Just to note, quote from the bug:
String freeze break was not approved. Talked to Danilo on IRC, and he
believes this change is not important enough to break translations.
Punting to 2.22 for that reason.

And as one rejection from a spokesperson is enough this one is rejected...
