I've added the key to the pgp keyserver (http://keyserver.pgp.com/) when I
created it. Searching via the key shows me the correct entry. Is there any

As you've found out already, this seems to be an INFRA issue with the SVN
server and downloaded artefacts. I hope INFRA can shed some light on this...

Does this information give enough information to re-evaluate this release?

http://pgp.mit.edu/ is a go-to place for most of us.

[VOTE] Graduate Wookie podling from the incubator

This is a call for vote to graduate the Wookie podling from Apache Incubator.

Wookie entered the Incubator in July of 2009. During incubation, Wookie has:

* Produced 5 releases
* Added 3 new Committer/PPMC members
* Cleared IP on all donations
* Learned to self-govern and engage the community
* Received and applied multiple community patches

The Wookie community has voted to proceed with graduation [1] and the result
can be found at [2].

Please VOTE on the resolution below:
