You should definitely document what you think is important to
exit the incubation process. I suggest committing something
to the incubator CVS (see the other projects' STATUS files
for a template).
May I have commit access to the CVS to maintain this?

And another +1 here...

I've updated CVSROOT/avail already. You should have commit access now to the
'incubator' and 'incubator-site' CVS modules.

Well, not without adding him to the 'incubator' unix group. Which
I've done now ;).

Ted,

Let me know if you want any assistance in collating some of the thoughts
that were raised on the recent discussions.

Maybe we could post the STATUS file to [EMAIL PROTECTED] once there is a first
cut?

Cheers,
Berin

Current License Grant document

2003-07-22 Thread Ted Leung
Hi guys,

Where is the most up to date version of the license grant documet.
There's a.txt and .pdf version in the foundation CVS, and there's one here
http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=incubator-general&m=104803185122794&w=2,
which looks better. This should probably be up on the web site along
with the CLA docs

aid in the process:

please create the xml-xmlbeans CVS and the following mailing lists:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Also please setup mailing list archiving in Eyebrowse

Thanks,

Wait a second, I hate to rain on the party, but I'm -1 on this.

I thought the Incubator PMC concurred to have the following:

 - incubator-xmlbeans CVS
 - [EMAIL PROTECTED]
 - [EMAIL PROTECTED]
 - [EMAIL PROTECTED]
I may be wrong, but please hold on till the Incubator PMC gives the ok
for either of them.
