tested on powerpc, i686, x86_64 darwin9..23; nothing unexpected
seen, thanks (results pushed to bunsen).

I have so far bootstrapped and tested the release candidate on
x86_64-linux.
Please test it and report any issues to bugzilla.

If all goes well, we'd like to release 13.3 on Thursday, May 21st.


Bootstrapped and tested this on all the usual powerpc64 suspects and it worked 
just fine.
