Hello GCC guys I am really interested to be a part of GCC development team, specially G++ and C++11. I'm currently working at SharifCERT, doing C/C++ and Java. I wanted to ask you what is the requirements and how I can be qualified to be a part this great team. This may take a lot of time (weeks, perhaps months) and also depend upon your employer (and country perhaps). So begin to act quickly. then, study the GCC source code base, ask questions on gcc@gcc.gnu.org (or by IRC, etc...), search on the web for tutorial and documentation about the internals of GCC (there are a lot of them) and begin to propose some patches on gcc-patc...@gcc.gnu.org (but you need the legal part -copyright assignment to FSF- to be completed).
