Hi experts! I want to perform recon-all pipeline on newborn MRI data. How I can do this? Which atlas you recommend? Any news about infant pipeline? Thanks!! [Freesurfer] mri_convert: correspondence between structure values when I convert to minc file
Hello! I have to convert the aseg.mgz file to a minc file, but I lost the structure values reference. Where I can find a convertion table or how I make to recover the structures values reference? Thanks Bruce! But the problem is in the values of minc file. For exemplo the which structure is in the label 10 in minc file? The FreeSurferColorLUT.txt has a RGB values and I don't Know which the RGB coordenates in the minc file converted. Do you understand me? [Freesurfer] when recon-all stoped
Hi I was running recon-all -all when the computer was turned off. I can restart the recon-all in the point that it stopped?How? Hello I`m problems with the levels files. The error is : Loading data table /Users/paula/Freesurfer_ELT_primeiro_trabalho/qdec/qdec.table.dat... Number of columns: 5 fsid column:1 Number of factors: 4 Number of subjects: 52 Reading discrete factor levels from config file /Users/paula/Freesurfer_ELT_primeiro_trabalho/qdec/gender.levels 'Female', done ERROR: 0xbfffa334 is invalid. Must have at least two levels. Error loading the data table. where is the problem? What I have to do?
