[Freesurfer] mri_cvs_register
Hey everyone, i have tried to run the mri_cvs_register command but it returned an error in the second step. It returned: "VolumeMorph load - failed to open input stream" I have entered: "mri_cvs_register --mov sub1 --template sub2" What could i do to fix it? Hey everyone, i have tried to run the trac-all command (Tracula), but it returned an error (bvecs and bvals don't have the same number of entries). I'm using the latest freesurfer and Tracula update. I have attached the log-file and my files with the corresponding bvecs and bvals. [Freesurfer] trac-all exited with errors
Hey everyone, i have tried to run the trac-all command (Tracula), but it returned an error (bvecs and bvals don't have the same number of entries). I'm using the latest freesurfer and Tracula update.
