[Freesurfer] Question

Dear FreeSurfer team,
First, I would like to thank you for your interesting and very helpful tool.
Actually, I'm beginner in using Freesurfer.
I have an individual anatomy (.nii) for each subject . After reconstructing the 
surface using free surfer, I would like to link the surface to the brainnetome 
atlas. http://atlas.brainnetome.org

I wonder how can we link automatically the two surfaces using Freesurfer.

[Freesurfer] dimensions of the segmented MRI

Dear freesurfer team,


Do we have the option when using "recon-all" command to predefine the 
dimensions of the segmented MRI? (for example 145*174*145 with 1.25 mm).

[Freesurfer] Anatomical ROI parcellation

Dear Freesurfer team,


I am wondering is there a way using tksurfer to edit a given atlas (for 
example: destrieux atlas).

I would like to parcellate the superior temporal region into three regions .


Is there a way to do that?

Actually, I realized that using tksurfer I can do a manual parcellation.
However, I need an automatic parcellation. Is there a way?
