[Freesurfer] mri_convert
Does mri_convert cause any loss in resolution when converting from DICOM to COR format? What about from DICOM to MGZ? Re: [Freesurfer] mri_convert
dicom to COR will interpolate to 1mm, so yes it will lose some resolution (unless the input data is 1mm). To .mgz won't unless you specify --conform On Fri, 12 Aug 2005, Sasha Wolosin wrote: Does mri_convert cause any loss in resolution when converting from DICOM to COR format? [Freesurfer] recon-all
Hi, After processing the data in recon-all stage2, I don't want to repeat stage2 in recon-all stage3. Is there any way to do that? Thx, Antao ___ Freesurfer mailing list Freesurfer@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu https://mail.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/mailman/listinfo/freesurfer
