[Freesurfer] mri_convert

2005-08-12 Thread Sasha Wolosin
Does mri_convert cause any loss in resolution when converting from DICOM to COR
format? What about from DICOM to MGZ?
Thanks,
Sasha

dicom to COR will interpolate to 1mm, so yes it will lose some resolution
(unless the input data is 1mm). To .mgz won't unless you specify --conform

[Freesurfer] recon-all

2005-08-12 Thread antao
Hi,

After processing the data in recon-all stage2, I don't want to repeat
stage2 in recon-all stage3. Is there any way to do that?

Thx,

Antao
