I've been trying to make it work since more than a week ago without success. I installed it first using `pkg install` and when I found this problem I tried with `pip3 install `, but both methods ends with the same problem. After installing and making some changes in the config file `/home/jupyter/.jupyter/jupyter_notebook_config.py` I can open it from a web browser.
