FreeBSD Port: nfsen-1.3.2

2009-11-17 Thread Brandon Gabert
Hi, not sure if there is a list or if this is the right way of notifying you, I
am using the latest nfsen from ports and its having problems starting the
collectors at boot, i think its because it requires NETWORKING and SERVERS [or
maybe something else] but these are not specified, i am probably going to
rewrite the rc script, i will send it to you when i have completed it.

hope that helps

FreeBSD Port: pound-2.4.1

2008-04-24 Thread Brandon Gabert
Hello, I've been using pound for quite a while, first thank you for maintaining
this port.

After portupgrading to the latest version, it seems to be sending a 302 to all
requests I expect it to proxy https://mail.guardianchem.ca/owa to my BE server
at http://10.0.0.2/owa, in IE I just get a Internet Explorer cannot display the
webpage, however in FF I can see that its changed the url to
https://mail.guardianchem.caowa<https://mail.guardianchem.caowa/>

After compiling Version 2.3.2 from the authors source this problem does not
exist (and it was working until I portupgrade today)

I am not sure if there is a better way to get this information to you or ask
the community.

Thanks and hope that helps

FreeBSD Port: comms/hylafax

2014-05-20 Thread Brandon Gabert
Hello, I have a fresh install of Freebsd 10, trying to use hylafax. The
faxgetty program which answers incoming fax calls hangs and uses 100% of the
cpu.

The hylafax guys suggest it is an OS problem.

I am thinking about rolling back to Freebsd 9 and give it a go, but before I do
would you guys like any info from my system that might help troubleshoot?
