Also, I want to see if I can cross-build NetBSD from FreeBSD, partly as a dress rehearsal for building Linux, partly to see how and if cdrtools/cdrecord works in NetBSD compared to FreeBSD. So it looks like the linuxulator does not have the hazards associated with MS-Windows and wine. audio/squeezeboxserver request
Hi, I have a small request for whoever maintains the audio/squeezeboxserver port... For users like myself who would like to use an existing instance of MySQL instead of the bundled one, we have to add the 'mysql' dependency to the /usr/local/etc/rc.d/ startup script in order for squeezeboxserver to load *after* mysql-server. This customization is then lost every time we upgrade the port. Is there a way that this can be made as a 'make config' option that one can set? That's bro...@freebsd.org: http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/audio/squeezeboxserver/Makefile The usual way to make requests is to go ahead and file a PR; if the Synopsis contains category/portname, the maintainer will automatically be notified. mcl ___ freebsd-ports@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-ports To unsubscribe, send any mail to "freebsd-ports-unsubscr...@freebsd.org"
