[Bug 218581] www/firefox: fails at "configure" stage when sem(4) is loaded
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=218581 Jan Beich changed: What|Removed |Added CC||port...@freebsd.org --- Comment #12 from Jan Beich --- Would it be possible to disable sem(4) on package builders? sem(4) was only required for sem_open() or sem_init(pshared=1) on FreeBSD 5.0-8.4, the last one was EOL'd by 2015-08-01. I'd prefer to not add workarounds in ports because cluster machines use non-GENERIC kernel. http://beefy5.nyi.freebsd.org/data/103i386-default/438415/logs/errors/firefox-53.0,1.log http://beefy6.nyi.freebsd.org/data/103amd64-default/438415/logs/errors/firefox-53.0,1.log http://beefy10.nyi.freebsd.org/data/110i386-default/438415/logs/errors/firefox-53.0,1.log http://beefy9.nyi.freebsd.org/data/110amd64-default/438415/logs/errors/firefox-53.0,1.log -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ freebsd-gecko@freebsd.org mailing list https://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-gecko To unsubscribe, send any mail to "freebsd-gecko-unsubscr...@freebsd.org"
Re: DTrace issues?
Apple is pulling changes from FreeBSD into Mac OS, but, of course that schedule is not known to us outside of Apple. ThunderBird annoying zoom bug
Hello. I'm using ThunderBird (updated to the latest available port version) on a 10.3/i386 with XFCE and I'm experiencing an annyoing bug. I'm writing here, since I don't know (yet) if it's FreeBSD specific. While Ctrl + and Ctrl - should enlarge/reduce the font of the message I'm viewing, this often does not work. However, it's enough to open the "View" menu, the "Zoom" sub-menu and choose "Zoom in" or "Zoom out": not only this will do what the above mentioned keys should have achieved, but it will make them work again (for a while). Is anyone else experiencing this? Any hint on what might be the cause? I'm not sure if I should report this upstream... bye & Thanks av. ___ freebsd-gecko@freebsd.org mailing list https://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-gecko To unsubscribe, send any mail to "freebsd-gecko-unsubscr...@freebsd.org"

Upstream bug didn't receive any attention because it probably doesn't affect OS X. Re: DTrace issues?
Hi Sean, Can you indicate us what you are missing from DTrace on macOS ? Filing a bug report at http://bugreport.apple.com is also a good way of alerting us on issues you are facing with DTrace on macOS.
