[LDWG][FBSD_LDWG] 2025/01/20 Workgroup Call - recording and slides

2025-01-21 Thread Chris Moerz
Hi everyone,

thank you so much to all of you who joined and participated in the Laptop
and Desktop Workgroup call on 2025/01/20!

It was great meeting you all and starting to move things forward!
Clearly, there is a lot of work ahead of us.

Here's the link to the slides:
https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1DhhO7ijxdhifPF4AHujg0ibbiaLKYqVYJPdNgYGjLfg/edit?usp=sharing

Please keep in mind that these slides contain more content that we
presented during the call. If time permits, we will touch on the
skipped items and revisit the survey in our next call.

Here's the link to the recording:
https://youtu.be/xDiO4NAH4bE?si=oXodvQaHONqy23kT

Here is the transcript of the chat of the call:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1KUOEntYA_-eFZFtsHOS_FQhGw4X52e1s/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=109091853758602457522&rtpof=true&sd=true

For now, we use our worksheet to keep track of our activities as well as
any topics raised through the survey, mailinglist and other channels.
We will eventually begin to separate things we are actively working on and
"nice to have" things. I hope we can put that on the agenda for the next
call.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15btrze2sZrprSBd3Hb3YG27cZqG0AFjcvLlcTTifpIE/edit?usp=sharing

Please feel free to add your name to the Contributor column for any items
you want to contribute to. If you're actively leading activities, you're
welcome to register your name in the Owner column.

Over the next few days, I will keep updating the worksheet with further
links and missing information we gathered during the recent call.

I will write minutes in the next few days and will provide some additional
updates on the survey status and results in a separate mail.

If you have any questions, feel free to reply or reach out to me directly.

Thanks again!
chris
