"fatal trap 12" with 4.0-CURRENT
I keep getting 'trap 12' with 4.0-CURRENT when running rvplayer5. Has anyone else experienced this? I haven't got a remote terminal for debugging, but it looks like this bug is emanating from the fxp driver: fxp_start+0x110 movl %edx,0(%ecx, %eax ,1) System: % uname -a FreeBSD motsognir.unik.no 4.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 4.0-CURRENT #31: Thu Mar 2 15:34:17 CET 2000 [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/usr/src/sys/compile/ZEUS i386 % dmesg | grep fxp fxp0: port 0xb400-0xb41f mem 0xdf00-0xdf0f,0xe200-0xe2000fff irq 17 at device 11.0 on pci0 XFree version 3.3.5 I can try to borrow remote terminal to get a trace if anyone's interested. -- Andreas Dobloug : email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To Unsubscribe: send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "unsubscribe freebsd-current" in the body of the message

You have to use cdrecord now for SCSI CD burners. cdrecord lacks support for a whole lot of CD-burners... -- Andreas Dobloug : email: andre...@ifi.uio.no To Unsubscribe: send mail to majord...@freebsd.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-current" in the body of the message

The old Worm driver only supported HP/Philips and Plasmon | drives. cdrecord supports those drives, and many more. Sorry, didn't get a chance to test the worm driver. Thought it supported more. | What CD burner do you have that cdrecord doesn't support? Have you talked | to Joerg Schilling about it? I've got a Matsushita CW-7501. I'll send him a mail. -- Andreas Dobloug : email: andre...@ifi.uio.no To Unsubscribe: send mail to majord...@freebsd.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-current" in the body of the message
