[Bug 219957] FreeBSD Install freeze using UEFI

Still not working with install media for FreeBSD 12.1, still hangs at the "EFI
Consoles" stage.

However, a UEFI install of GhostBSD 20.04.1 worked. After that I installed
FreeBSD in legacy mode on the Partition created by GhostBSD, et voila, I can
boot FreeBSD with UEFI using the GhostBSD EFI loader.

Now, what does GhistBSD differently?

Per-service configuration files are read for corresponding services only.

You should configure base system behaviour with system-wide /etc/rc.conf

Conceptually more accurate version of previous note: To reproduce the problem,
please run the script(1) session in a terminal that does not have post
processing turned off.

NetBSD has accepted the corresponding patch. They modified it slightly: they
call atexit(termreset) instead of the several termreset() calls that are in
this patch. While not necessary, upon request, I can edit this patch to reflect
that change.
