[fpc-pascal] Error on https://www.freepascal.org/download.var

The page https://www.freepascal.org/download.var gives an error.

It is still linked in many places as the download page for fpc.

Has it moved, or does it need fixing?

The var pages were disabled recently. It should now point to download.html.

The var pages were disabled recently. It should now point to 
download.html.



Which is still broken since early february.
