Those files originate from FPC devels that use a certain distro themselves.
Also Gentoo seems to be a bit of a moving target.

If an user provides the fpc.ebuild we can add it to cvs.

The author says it works but I haven't installed it yet cause I don't 
want to broke my current fpc installed by hand.

If it does work there will be probably no reason to add the ebuild to 
fpc cvs cause it will be added to portage.

Non of the core developpers run gentoo, so we can't try it. The author or
someone else who has verified that it works can mail me the fpc.ebuild and
i'll add it to cvs.
