[Evolution] "important" mails not reliably deleted from "important" folder

2019-07-22 Thread Herr Oswald
Hello,

I'm using imap with evo 3.28.5-0ubuntu0.18.04.1.

Often I mark messages as "important" and have a search folder where
these messages (status is important) are shown. Now when I try to
delete one of them from inside the "important" search folder, this
often fails.

Can someone confirm this?

Cheers,
Wolf

[Evolution] Evolution-EWS: OAuth2 with PIV SmartCard

2019-07-22 Thread Sindlinger, Randall A. (GSFC-619.0)[SCIENCE SYSTEMS AND APPLICATIONS INC] via evolution-list
Hello,

I am trying to use Evolution EWS
(https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Evolution/EWS/OAuth2#Configure_the_account_in_Evolution)

The system appears to work, up to the OAuth2 authentication. At that point,
the window opens to the URI to log in; however, it opens using WebKit-GTK,
which does not support a SmartCard (See webkit-gtk list thread at
https://lists.webkit.org/pipermail/webkit-gtk/2019-July/003525.html)

Is there anyway to coax Evolution to open the OAuth2 URI in Firefox instead?

Thanks,
-Randall

[Evolution] option to prohibit sending of confirmation messages

2019-07-22 Thread Michael Hirmke
Hi again,

I know, this has already been dicussed some time ago.
Nevertheless it would be great to have an option to stop sending
confirmations for an invitation also for EWS accounts.
No one clears the appropriate "request response" option in Outlook when
sending the invitation, so every time I accept or deny this invitation a
mail is sent, despite the fact that I don't want to inform anyone about
my decision. I feel a little bit incapacitated by this behaviour 8-<

Can we have such an option, please?

TIA.

Bye.
Michael.

[Evolution] All Mails filtered as spam

2019-07-22 Thread Michael
Hello there,

I am using Evolution 3.28.5 (3.28.5-3.fc28).
Since some days, all mails in "Posteingang" (="Inbox") are
automatically filtered into folder "unerwünscht (="Spam").

I am using quite some filters (30+), so to make sure none of these are
the ones that are "guilty", I deactivated all of them. Still, all mails
are filtered to spam. Is there anywhere else I have to look?

Greets,
Michael

If you file a Request For Enhancement (RFE) on the Evolution Gitlab
page, it might happen. If you just ask for it on the list it almost
certainly won't happen because no-one will remember it.

After you file the Gitlab RFE, post the URL here in case anyone wants
to comment.
