[Emu] EAP-PPT

2024-07-03 Thread Paresh Sawant
Hello EMU working group,

We are working on a new EAP method - Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP)
Using Privacy Pass Token (EAP-PPT). The purpose of this new EAP method is to
specify a privacy preserving network access. The draft specifies a use of
Privacy Pass token to anonymously authorize users while joining a network.
Privacy Pass token is specified in Privacy Pass (privacypass) Working Group.
As we are proposing a new EAP method, we believe the participants in EMU WG
would be able to provide us with valuable feedback and help us move this work
forward.
We would appreciate it if members of this list can review the draft and share
their feedback. The draft can be found at
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-sawant-eap-ppt/.

Sincerely
Paresh Sawant___

[Emu] Re: Call for EMU agenda items for IETF 121

2024-10-08 Thread Paresh Sawant
Hello Peter,

We would like to have EAP-PPT on the agenda in the EMU session at IETF 121.

We have taken the feedback from IETF 120 and incorporated that in draft 01. We
would like to discuss the updates in the draft with the experts.

Thanks,
Paresh Sawant

Hello EMU WG,

Can you please tell us the next required steps to initiate an adoption call for
EAP-PPT? We are happy to work on any feedback you have with the current draft.

Sincerely,
Paresh Sawant

I am also in favor of adopting EAP-PPT by WG. The charter amendment looks good.

Thanks,
