Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and trying to help make
Ubuntu better.

However, it seems that you are not using a software package provided by
the official Ubuntu repositories. Because of this the Ubuntu project can

[Edubuntu-bugs] [Bug 871550] Re: GIMP side windows do not have window decorations and are imobile.

2020-06-11 Thread Paul White
This issue has sat incomplete for almost seven years without any
response or further reports. The report did not expire due to another
bug task so I'm going to close it now as "Invalid" as I cannot reproduce
the issue here using Ubuntu 20.04 and GIMP 2.10.18. Presumably this bug
was fixed a long time ago as implied in comment #1.

Please feel free to re-open this bug report if this still an issue using
a currently supported release of Ubuntu.

[Edubuntu-bugs] [Bug 1370066] Re: Cannot synchronize with AnkiWeb because of outdated version in the repository (14.04)

2021-08-02 Thread Paul White
The currently supported releases, bionic, focal and hirsute, have either
version 2.1.0 or 2.1.15 so more up-to-date than the versions mentioned
above.

As neither Ubuntu 14.04 or 14.10 are not supported any more I'm closing
this in order to tidy the list of outstanding Papercuts issues.

use.

If you're still experiencing problems than please open a new report by
running the command

   ubuntu-bug gimp

in a terminal window or follow any system prompts that you may see.

[Edubuntu-bugs] [Bug 1816252] Re: GIMP Crash Debug (occurred on closing)

2019-09-05 Thread Paul White
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some
time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.
Your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates.

It would help us a lot if you could test on a currently supported Ubuntu
version. When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the
updated logs by running only once in a terminal:

Ubuntu 18.10 (cosmic) reached end-of-life on July 18, 2019.

apport-collect 1816252

and then change the status of the bug back to "New".

Please add any additional information that you think might be relevant.
Alternatively, please confirm that this is no longer a problem and that
we can close the bug report. If we do not hear from you this bug report
will expire in approximately 60 days time.

Thank you again
Paul White
