[DNG] repo label changed

2018-10-07 Thread Hleb Valoshka
Hi!

I haven't been following the maillist for some time so might missed
updates. Is the following ok?

Get:1 http://packages.roundr.devuan.org/merged ceres InRelease [18,3 kB]
E: Repository 'http://packages.roundr.devuan.org/merged ceres
InRelease' changed its 'Label' value from 'Devuan' to 'Master'
N: Repository 'http://packages.roundr.devuan.org/merged ceres
InRelease' changed its 'Version' value from '' to '1.0.0'
N: This must be accepted explicitly before updates for this repository
can be applied. See apt-secure(8) manpage for details.
Do you want to accept these changes and continue updating from this
repository? [y/N] n

[DNG] GoldenDict empty window farther research.

2018-10-07 Thread Андрей
Приветствую.

I have found that GoldenDict works well under the logged in user while
the empty window case has a place when GoldenDict is run under another
user, in particular, w/

/usr/bin/xhost +si:localuser:
/bin/su -

So, as this application is the only one on my system that refuses to
output its window content, may you have an idea what it needs to draw
its window content being run under the above commands. Or may you can
advice me how it can be run another way under another user.

Thank you for your time.

Андрей.

Hi all,

, i'll start working on a tutorial about how to build you own distro.

This tutorial will contain three chapters:

1) How to build your packages using git-buildpackage, pristine-tar and
quilt.

2) How to build the repository using amprolla.

3) How to build the images of the system taking your own repository as a
base.

I'll start by the second one. At first, the tutorial will be written in
spanish.

Hm, could also be related to something else. Did you check the
system log files (/var/log) after the problem occured?. Maybe they
contain some helpful information.

If you have elogind (and libpam-elogind) installed you should be using
the "elogind" variant of policykit packages, not the consolekit ones.

Can you please replace the package above with "libpolkit-gobject-elogind-1-0"
and look out if the problem still occurs?

cheers,
Andreas
