I noted that my clock changes automatically and periodically, i don't know why. I will take care... I added a script to crontab, and run: # chkconfig ntp on so that does not happen again, to find out why. Re: [DNG] New mirror of Devuan 100% free
I have a problem with the repository: i can't add some sources of devuan. For example, gdisk ,devuan-indices, tasksel, etc...: http://188.165.204.61/repo/pool/main/g/gdisk/ http://188.165.204.61/repo/pool/main/d/devuan-indices/ http://188.165.204.61/repo/pool/main/t/tasksel/ Running the script i get: >> No section and no priority for 'tasksel', skipping. >> There have been errors. Any idea? Aitor. On 18/09/15 12:06, aitor_czr wrote: Regenerating/dists/... Aitor. I do stand corrected. Yes, I guess I was doing something wrong. I installed debian jessie again in a vm to test this and some other stuff. Yes, sysvinit-core is there as you described, and can be installed. Doing so gives me a /etc/inittab again, and I can use that to prevent agetty from running on consoles 2-6 in multiuser run levels, which is something systemd as pid1 didn't let me do as I mentioned in another thread. As you also point out though, this isn't a choice, and systemd is still very much an intrusive part of the installed system. It also seems not to like being replaced as pid1. After installing sysvinit-core on my test vm, I get something like this after I login on consoles 1-6: [ 321.691816] systemd-logind[2190]: Failed to start user service: Unknown unit: user@0.service I literally muttered "oh shut-up" under my breath when I saw that.
