Found it!!!

I had to select "PNG (anti-aliased)" in the export options to get the
second dialog, all the other export options lack that dialog.

What about use autorouting techniques used by graphviz package??

Graphs can be exported as plain format, so a Dia plugin can easily handle
this file format...
