Package was updated to 3.0.6 on Rawhide, Fedora 40, 39, and EPEL 9,
but Fedora 41 was missed.

IIRC i686 build failed for this one[1]. Since I did not had time for that
back then, so I've postponed that.

Apart from doing usual package update (which implies waiting for new
upstream release), can I push same build for F41 again? Advice welcome.

A build that fails for one architecture fails altogether. And a failed
build can be repeated. Thus, the appropriate course of action would be:
- if the i386 is a fluke and you want to retry the build hoping that
it passes this time, just do 'fedpkg build' again
- if the i386 build is not needed, which is likely, then drop the
   i386 arch and rebuild. See
   https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/EncourageI686LeafRemoval
   for details.
- or you can do some updates to how the package is built, and
push that and then build as usual.

Thank you for reply. New build for F41 went OK, update submitted and
pending.

Sincerely

2024-09-30 @ 16:00 UTC - Fedora 41 Blocker Review Meeting

2024-09-28 Thread Adam Williamson
# F10 Blocker Review meeting
# Date: 2024-09-30
# Time: 16:00 UTC
# Location:
https://matrix.to/#/#blocker-review:fedoraproject.org?web-instance[element.io]=chat.fedoraproject.org

Hi folks! It's time for a Fedora 41 blocker review meeting! We have 1
proposed blocker and 2 proposed freeze exceptions for Final.

Here is a handy link which should show you the meeting time
in your local time:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=Fedora+41+Blocker+review+meeting&iso=20240930T16&p1=1440&ah=2

The meeting will be on Matrix. Click the link above to join in a web
client - you can authenticate with your FAS account - or use a
dedicated client of your choosing.

If you have time this weekend, you can take a look at the proposed or
accepted blockers before the meeting - the full lists can be found
here: https://qa.fedoraproject.org/blockerbugs/ .

Remember, you can also now vote on bugs outside of review meetings! If
you look at the bug list in the blockerbugs app, you'll see links
labeled "Vote!" next to all proposed blockers and freeze exceptions.
Those links take you to tickets where you can vote.
https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/blocker-review has instructions on how
exactly you do it. We usually go through the tickets shortly before the
meeting and apply any clear votes, so the meeting will just cover bugs
where there wasn't a clear outcome in the ticket voting yet. **THIS
MEANS IF YOU VOTE NOW, THE MEETING WILL BE SHORTER!**

We'll be evaluating these bugs to see if they violate any of the
Release Criteria and warrant the blocking of a release if they're not
fixed. Information on the release criteria for F40 can be found on the
wiki [0].

For more information about the Blocker and Freeze exception process,
check out these links:
 - https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:SOP_freeze_exception_bug_process

And for those of you who are curious how a Blocker Review Meeting
works - or how it's supposed to go and you want to run one - check out
the SOP on the wiki:

Have a good weekend and see you on Monday!

Dne 27. 09. 24 v 4:27 odp. Karolina Surma napsal(a):
I second Ben's findings, all of my packages have been migrated with a commit message saying "Review the License tag
according to the SPDX standard" and with an added "# SPDX" comment if there was no change of the string. The
automation should not report any of those.

I run the script over night. It removed lots of reported package with lines

I git-pushed it. You can check it again.

The testday iso is
https://jforbes.fedorapeople.org/testweek/kerneltest-6.11.1.iso (which is
F40) . The test week will benefit all reports of F40 and F39. For F41,
please install this rpm
https://jforbes.fedorapeople.org/testweek/kernel-tests-20240322-1.fc41.noarch.rpm
.
