Re: Apache OpenOffice Building error (instsetoo_native module)

2025-03-18 Thread Matthias Seidel

Hi,

Hi everyone, I keep trying to build Apache OpenOffice 4.1.X from its source code.
Yesterday I typed "build --all" and the build process started, the process ran
for several hours, but today I got this error

```
Error: ERROR: "/usr/local/bin/epm -f rpm  openoffice-ooofonts /source/openoffice
ERROR: error 65280 occurred while making /source/openoffice/main/instsetoo_native/util
When you have fixed the errors in that module you can resume the build by running:
         build --all:instsetoo_native
```
Does anyone know how to fix it and what I should do with it ?
I use EPM v. 5.0.0. and Dmake 1.2. OS - CentOS 5 64bit.

I am no Linux expert, but can you try to build with epm 3.7 and dmake
4.1.2 ?

This is how our official releases are built...
