[rdo-dev] Software Factory Services Outage review.rdoproject.org: 2024-06-11 and 2024-06-25 at 13:00 UTC

Hello,

The Production Chain Infra Team is planning to do the following services 
maintainances:

- Upgrade Zuul and Gerrit to the latest versions on the 2024-06-11
- Upgrade the control plane operating systems from CentOS 7 to RHEL 9 on the 
2024-06-25.

During these maintainances, the following services are going to be unavailable 
for a few hours:

- review.rdoproject.org and softwarefactory-project.io gerrit services.
- Zuul CI not running jobs for gerrit, github or opendev.

Please let us know if the proposed windows are not good for you.
